How does billing work?
Plan selection, approval, recurring charges, trials, and cancellation are managed by Shopify App Pricing. No off-platform charge is required.
What happens when I reach 100 purchase orders?
New uploads pause until the monthly allowance resets. There are no automatic overage charges.
What counts toward my monthly allowance?
A purchase order counts only after it is successfully processed and reaches the review screen. Failed processing and exact duplicate files don't consume additional usage. Deleting a successfully processed purchase order doesn't restore that usage.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Manage or cancel the plan through Shopify. Access continues through any remaining paid period shown by Shopify. If the app stays installed, PO data is retained for 14 days after access ends and is then deleted. Uninstalling stops access immediately and Shopify's mandatory shop-redaction request controls deletion after uninstall. Reinstalling before the paid period ends restores paid actions through Shopify's cancellation-effective date without starting a new subscription; previously redacted data is not restored.
