Terms of service

OrderDraft is operated by Clintelio Software under the Clintelio Software brand. Clintelio Software is a brand name used by the operator and is not a separate legal entity. These terms govern access to the service, which prepares Shopify draft orders from merchant-provided purchase orders. Merchants remain responsible for reviewing extracted data, matched Shopify products, selected customers, quantities, prices, and addresses before creating a draft order.

No automatic order creation

The app does not create a Shopify draft order until an authenticated merchant explicitly confirms creation.

Accuracy

Extraction and matching can require merchant review. The app does not guarantee perfect extraction, zero errors, or complete automation.

Billing

The Starter paid-beta plan is 49 USD per month, includes 100 successfully processed purchase orders per billing month, and begins with a 14-day trial limited to 20 successfully processed purchase orders. Plan selection, approval, recurring charges, and cancellation are managed through Shopify App Pricing. Paid actions require a currently verified Shopify subscription.

Charges are normally non-refundable after a billing period begins. Manual refunds may be approved for duplicate billing, billing errors, or a serious app failure that prevented normal use. Approval is not guaranteed. Merchants can cancel through Shopify, and cancellation does not bypass applicable data retention, deletion, or payment obligations.

Upload acceptance atomically reserves one allowance slot. The slot is consumed only when processing succeeds and the purchase order reaches review. Terminal processing or enqueue failure releases the reservation. Exact source duplicates consume no additional usage; duplicate PO numbers alone are allowed. Deleting a successfully processed purchase order does not restore consumed usage. There are no automatic overage charges, and new uploads are blocked when the allowance is exhausted.

When the app remains installed, PO data is retained for 14 days after paid access ends and is then deleted. Uninstalling stops access immediately. Shopify later sends a mandatory shop-redaction request, after which shop and customer data is deleted.

If the app is reinstalled before an already-paid billing period ends, verified paid access continues only through Shopify's recorded cancellation-effective date without a new charge. Data already deleted under a mandatory privacy request is not restored.

Acceptable use

Merchants must upload only documents they are authorized to process and must not use the service for unlawful, malicious, or abusive content. Access may be limited when use threatens the service or other merchants.
